Andy Wiggins - Founder

Andy Wiggins brings over 20 years of experience in the motor trade, having held senior management roles at various dealerships before founding My Big Green Fleet in 2014. Under his leadership, the business has expanded to include contract hire, vehicle leasing, short-term rentals, and now van sales under the Vans 247 brand.

As the head of an independent family business, Andy is dedicated to growing the company while recruiting and developing staff to deliver exceptional service. His mission is to support clients in all their vehicle needs, from sourcing the perfect vehicle to offering flexible finance options, part exchange, and UK-wide delivery and collection.

Exceptional customer service is central to our values, and Andy ensures we strive to exceed expectations at every opportunity. Our extensive network of national suppliers enables us to source a diverse range of new, pre-registered, and quality used vans. Each vehicle comes with an extended full AA warranty, providing peace of mind from the outset.

Through the My Big Green Fleet brand, Andy and his team offer additional services, including fleet management, vehicle tracking, contract hire, and leasing for both personal and business use.

Morgan Greenaway - Senior Sales & Account Manager

Morgan Greenaway is the Senior Sales and Account Manager at Vans 247, helping customers fulfil their vehicle needs from cars to commercial vehicles and providing fleet solutions via the sister company My Big Green Fleet.

With four years of experience in the motor trade, including roles at Ford and Mercedes-Benz dealerships, Morgan focuses on providing sales, contract hire, customer service and vehicle rental solutions to all clients.

Additional services such as fleet management, vehicle tracking, contract hire, and leasing for both personal and business needs all fall within Morgan's areas of responsibility.

Emma Marshall - Financial Controller

Emma Marshall has over 20 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and management across various sectors. Her responsibilities include, managing budgets and providing up to date management information.

As Financial Controller, Emma also oversees the day-to-day financial operations at Vans 247 and its sister company, My Big Green Fleet. This includes managing all financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, processing payroll, and liaising directly with customers and suppliers.

Ceri Owen - Administration Support & Vehicle Rental

Ceri Owen has extensive experience managing business administration including streamlining processes for improved efficiencies. She is the most recent member of the team, bringing her expertise to support all administrative and financial systems across Vans 247 and its sister companies in contract hire and van rental.

Ceri specialises in improving systems, optimising customer and supplier relationships, and providing support to the Finance team.

In her spare time, Ceri enjoys walking along the Glamorgan Heritage Coast and swimming.
