Choose Your Vehicle

At Vans 247, we provide access to any make and model of van through our extensive network of suppliers and main dealer groups. Whether you need a van for personal use or business purposes, we can source it for you.

Secure With a Deposit

A £250 deposit will secure the vehicle for 7 days while you complete finance checks and arrange insurance.

Establish a Credit Line

If you require finance, you must complete a credit check, which can be done online. Our staff are available to guide you through this process to ensure it is seamless and straightforward.

Place Your Order

Once credit approval is confirmed by the chosen lender, we will generate your agreement, including our Order Form. Carefully review this document to ensure all details-make, model, spec, colour, and interior are correct. Sign and return the form, and we will then prepare your Agreement. You will receive the Master Agreement, which may require a hard copy signature or an e-signature, depending on the finance provider. We may also need a copy of your driver's license, a recent utility bill, and/or bank statements for identity verification.

Dealer Order Placement

Upon receiving your signed order form, we will place your vehicle order. Whether it's an in-stock or factory order, we will keep you updated on your vehicle's progress and expected delivery date. Delivery will be arranged once we have a completed and authorised agreemen

Cooling Off Period

After signing the Master Agreement, a 14-day cooling off period begins, during which you can withdraw your order if you change your mind. For business leases, the cooling off period differs: there is no cooling off period for limited companies, while sole traders or non-limited companies have a five-day cooling off period.

Vehicle Delivery

Once your vehicle is in stock or if it's already in stock, we will arrange a convenient delivery date. We offer nationwide delivery on all our deals, and full delivery costs are available upon request. If you prefer to collect your vehicle from the dealership, please discuss this with us at the time of order. Upon delivery, thoroughly inspect the vehicle for accuracy and condition before signing the vehicle acceptance note.
